Collaboration reports without the screenshots
WaveScope tracks the views and interactions of every collaboration post, compares creators fairly at fixed evaluation points, and shows how topic volume changes over time. Every number carries its source, definition and capture time.

Teams working with many Instagram creators keep running into the same three problems.
Manual reporting
Final reports are built by screenshotting posts and copying numbers one by one. It is slow and error-prone.
Unfair comparisons
Posts go live at different times, some are boosted with ads, and "views" mean different things. Putting them side by side leads to misleading conclusions.
Choosing without data
When picking the next creators or the content to boost, there is no objective, comparable data at hand.
What you get
No need to learn how the system works first. These three deliverables answer the three problems above.

Features
From registering collaboration posts and capturing data to comparing creators and monitoring topics, all in one place.
Campaign and collaboration management
Manage campaigns, creators, collaborations and agreed deliverables. Paste an Instagram URL to register a post; delivery progress is calculated automatically.
Scheduled capture and daily changes
Snapshots of each post are saved on a schedule, so daily deltas, 7-day moving averages and anomalies are always available. For numbers the official API does not provide, such as shares, Stories and Threads results, upload the creator's dashboard screenshots: AI pre-fills the figures and a team member checks them before saving.
Fair comparison at evaluation points
Every collaboration is compared on day 1, 3, 7, 14 and so on after publishing, with cost per engagement (CPE) as the primary metric. Cost can be cash only, or include vouchers and product samples. Numbers measured differently never share a comparison table.
Relative performance and wrap-up reports
Compare a collaboration post against the same creator's regular posts to see whether sponsored content underperforms. Generate a campaign wrap-up report when the campaign ends, and export it as CSV.
Creator observation and selection support
Observe creator accounts before any collaboration. Enter a quote to get an estimated CPE, and get a shortlist of content worth boosting.
Topic volume monitoring
Define topics by Instagram hashtags, track volume and anomalies, and see how topic volume moves during a campaign.
What it looks like in use
Pick a scenario to play: one collaboration post from pasted link to wrap-up, four creators compared from the same starting line, and the planned creator watching, selection and topic volume.
Our data principles
Numbers you can trust matter more than numbers that look good.
-
Official Meta APIs only, no scraping
Data comes only from Instagram's official APIs and from data creators choose to authorize. Anything the official APIs do not provide is shown as "not available" and never filled in by other means.
-
Sources stored separately, never merged
Public data, creator-authorized data and manual input are stored and labeled separately. Paid (boosted) views are never mixed with organic views.
-
No composite scores
Weights hide subjective assumptions and bury signals that need human judgment. We provide the full metrics and multi-dimensional views, and leave the judgment to you.
| Creator | Interactions | Baseline | Relative | Reading |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Creator A | 4,812 | 3,760 | ×1.28 | HAbove usual |
| Creator B | 1,204 | 1,950 | ×0.62 | LBelow usual |
| Creator C | 2,310 | 2,240 | ×1.03 | Usual range |
| Creator D | Not available | — | — | Likes hidden; not judged |
